Cancellation Policy

Because all floral designs are custom and perishable, returns cannot be accepted. Refunds of deposits are available only if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Deposits secure materials and event dates and are otherwise non-refundable. Final payment is required no later than 14 days before the event. Due to the seasonal and delicate nature of florals, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when necessary, while maintaining the overall style and integrity of the design. Once delivered or set up, Art of Floral Design is not responsible for damages caused by venue conditions, weather, or mishandling. While every effort will be made to honor specific requests, all designs reflect the artistry and creative discretion of Art of Floral Design. If any discrepancies arise, every effort will be made to make it right. Art of Floral Design is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions.
